(new video #2) Common Grappling Mistakes & Mat Attitudes

The response from the first video that I sent out last week about “Resting in the Wrong Positions – Part 1″ was great!

Here’s the link just in case you missed it the first time: http://dwarfurl.com/65a3b

And if you liked the mat strategy type of videos that very few (if anybody) produces these days, then you’ll like the video I’m showing today.

The next video is the first from my “10 Mat Attitudes DVD”, a companion DVD to accompany “10 Mat Attitudes” Audio CD /Manual.

Initially, I had created just the audio product, but quickly realized it would be better if I provided a visual component to help everyone understand my coaching points instead of leaving it to your imagination to visualize it’s supposed to be done.

The second video is the first strategy that I call the “30 Seconds to Glory” Concept and it’s a mindset that both competitive and recreational grapplers can use because MANY grappling matches are won or lost in the last 30 seconds.

This is super simple to do and once you start using it, you will notice how easy it becomes to finish your matches strong, whether you’re behind or trying to hold on to a lead.

Check it out for yourself and make sure to try it in class today.

P.S. I’ve got two more videos to send you. So, be on the lookout for those two vids and remember to post a comment on the blog page after you’ve watched the video.
